Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Perform automated, functional, integration, and regression testing
• Validate data accuracy across databases, flat files, and data pipelines
• Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation
• Test ETL and data pipeline processes
• Validate campaign outputs and data quality
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Perform root cause analysis for identified issues
• Collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve defects
• Prepare test results and provide quality status updates
• Support MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization activities required. Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and defect status
• Ensure alignment with Agile practices and development standards

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Data Testing
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and executing test cases for functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across enterprise applications
• Proficiency in SQL and database testing, with hands-on experience validating data accuracy, performing data reconciliation, and testing ETL processes and data pipelines
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, defect tracking systems, and test management best practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, MLOps concepts, and containerization technologies within Agile development environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis, manage defects through resolution, and collaborate effectively with developers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders
