Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections of sheet metal components and welded assemblies. Perform in-process and final inspections. Verify engineering drawings and dimensional accuracy. Monitor laser cutting, bending, punching, and welding processes. Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records. Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. Required Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Required Skills: Experience in Quality Control in sheet metal fabrication. Knowledge of welding inspection and engineering drawings. Familiarity with quality measurement instruments. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP QM and MS Office. CQE or Six Sigma certification is an advantage. .
