Senior Quality Engineer
- Definition and driving of the Quality Engineering strategy
- Design, creation and maintenance of reusable test automation frameworks
- Establishment of testing standards and best practices
- Introduction and improvement of CI/CD quality gates
- Building of E2E, integration and API testing capabilities
- Mentoring developers on automated testing
- Review of testing approaches and promotion of quality ownership across Engineering
- Performance of exploratory and regression testing where automation is not yet available
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience building test automation frameworks
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar
- Experience with any static code analyzer tool
- Experience testing REST APIs and modern web applications
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of software architecture and testability
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives
- Hands-on knowledge in TypeScript, NodeJS, React, .NET
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Experience in performance, security or contract testing
- Experience with Docker and containerized testing
- Experience introducing Quality Engineering practices within engineering organizations
