Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Core Test Automation Expertise
- Solid hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium/WebDriver (Java/Python/JS preferred)
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI and functional testing
- API Testing & Integration Validation
- Solid experience in API testing (REST/GraphQL) using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar
- Proven ability to validate complex service integrations, data flows, and microservices architectures
- AI-Assisted Testing Fundamentals
- Basic working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for:
- Test case generation
- Test data creation
- Debugging and defect analysis
- Understanding of how to leverage AI responsibly while validating outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Basic working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for:
- Test Design & Quality Engineering Mindset
- Proven solid foundation in test design techniques (boundary, equivalence, negative, edge-case testing)
- Proven ability to use AI-assisted outputs but apply critical thinking to refine and validate test coverage
- CI/CD & Agile Integration
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Proven ability to integrate automated tests into pipelines and support continuous testing practices
- Collaboration & Continuous Learning (AI-first mindset)
- Proven solid collaboration skills to work with developers, product teams, and SREs
- Proven willingness to continuously learn and adopt AI-driven testing approaches, tools, and frameworks
- Proven exposure to test data management, debugging, and defect tracking tools (Rally)
