Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Core Test Automation Expertise
  • Solid hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium/WebDriver (Java/Python/JS preferred)
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI and functional testing
• API Testing & Integration Validation
  • Solid experience in API testing (REST/GraphQL) using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar
  • Proven ability to validate complex service integrations, data flows, and microservices architectures
• AI-Assisted Testing Fundamentals
  • Basic working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for:
    • Test case generation
    • Test data creation
    • Debugging and defect analysis
  • Understanding of how to leverage AI responsibly while validating outputs for accuracy and completeness
• Test Design & Quality Engineering Mindset
  • Proven solid foundation in test design techniques (boundary, equivalence, negative, edge-case testing)
  • Proven ability to use AI-assisted outputs but apply critical thinking to refine and validate test coverage
• CI/CD & Agile Integration
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Proven ability to integrate automated tests into pipelines and support continuous testing practices
• Collaboration & Continuous Learning (AI-first mindset)
  • Proven solid collaboration skills to work with developers, product teams, and SREs
  • Proven willingness to continuously learn and adopt AI-driven testing approaches, tools, and frameworks
  • Proven exposure to test data management, debugging, and defect tracking tools (Rally)
