Senior Quality Engineer

Sr Quality Engineer

Location: Chon Buri, Thailand

The current Senior Quality Engineering Supervisor will concentrate on daily TIM operations, managing quality leaders and inspectors to ensure in-process quality and prevent customer escapes.
This role will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Metrology (e.g., Gauge R&R), Process Engineering, Production (for corrective actions and NPR closure), and QMS (for audits). External engagement will be minimal and only as a backup.
Primarily focus on cross-functional collaboration:
- Internal: Work with Quality (inspection, metrology, QMS), R&D (to ensure smooth and timely NPI without issues), Process Engineering and Production (for process definition and change management), and Application Engineering for customer quality cases.
- External: Interface with customers on both formal and informal quality feedback, ensure timely closure of issues in line with customer requirements, and serve as the key contact for quality-related matters.

As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Solstice, you will ensure the highest standards of quality for our products and processes, develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
