Senior Quality Engineer

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team in Falmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving quality improvements across the business, working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded into both new and existing processes. What you'll be doing As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our quality systems and continuous improvement activities. You'll: Lead investigations into non-conformances, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Analyse quality data, identify trends, and use insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Collaborate with suppliers on PPAP (Product and Process Approval) activities and product/process validation. Manage supplier corrective action requests and support supplier quality improvement activities. Support customer requests, complaints, and audits, helping to maintain the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. Use your expertise to positively influence change across a broad range of manufacturing processes and business functions. Who you'll be working with This is a highly collaborative role where you'll build strong relationships across the organisation. You'll work closely with colleagues in: Production and Manufacturing Supply Chain Design and Engineering Quality Assurance Supplier and Customer organisations You'll engage with stakeholders at all levels, supporting onsite audits and driving a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.
