Genom att förstå din bakgrund, dina drivkrafter och dina ambitioner kan vi koppla ihop dig med uppdrag och roller hos våra kunder där du får rätt förutsättningar att utvecklas och göra skillnad.Vårt mål är att bygga långsiktiga och meningsfulla samarbeten – både för dig som kandidat och för våra kunder.Arbetsbeskrivning We are currently looking for three experienced Senior Quality Engineers / Test Automation Specialists for long-term consulting assignments within a large international organization operating in a complex retail technology environment.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, stability and performance of advanced Point of Sale (POS) and checkout solutions.You will work across multiple technical platforms, including payment systems, integrations, hardware and backend services, contributing to the development and delivery of reliable, high-quality retail technology solutions.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced quality engineering professional who combines strong hands-on testing expertise with technical leadership capabilities and enjoys working in complex, cross-functional environments.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, execute and automate end-to-end (E2E) tests across POS systems, payment solutions, integrations, hardware and backend services. Perform hands-on testing in physical POS and test environments. Identify, investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across software, hardware and distributed systems. Develop, maintain and continuously improve automated testing frameworks and test coverage. Define and implement effective test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. Maintain quality documentation, test results and release readiness. Collaborate closely with development teams, technical stakeholders and external vendors. Take ownership of quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle. Drive technical issues through investigation, resolution and verification. Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes, automation and overall product quality.Your Background & Qualifications We are looking for experienced consultants with a strong technical background in quality engineering, test automation and complex system testing. Required Qualifications Preferably 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation or complex system testing. Strong experience with POS systems, retail checkout solutions and payment integrations. Advanced knowledge of end-to-end testing, integration testing, system testing and automated testing. Experience with API testing and CI/CD environments. Strong troubleshooting capabilities across software, hardware, integrations, logs and distributed systems. Practical experience working in physical test environments involving hardware and software integrations. Proven ability to independently define test strategies, develop automation approaches and take ownership of quality assurance. Experience collaborating across multiple engineering teams and external vendors.
