Senior Quality Inspector
Beckwood, headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, is one of the world`s leading manufacturers of custom hydraulic presses and automation equipment and is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quality Inspector to join our team. The Senior Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet the company's quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. The Senior Quality Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing process and delivering high-quality products to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform incoming and in-process inspections of machined and fabricated components using tools such as micrometers, calipers, plug gauges, and thread gauges.
- Utilize FaroArm and other tools to complete necessary measurements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and inspection criteria.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records per company procedures.
- Document and report all non-conforming parts (NCR).
- Collaborate with Procurement to support supplier quality initiatives and implement a vendor inspection program.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to work toward investigating root cause issues and corresponding corrective actions.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings following GD&T principles.
- Maintain open lines of communication with production team to prioritize critical components.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
