Senior Quality Inspector (Nam Dinh)

● Lead in-line inspections throughout all production stages, from incoming materials to finished goods and packaging.

● Conduct Final Random Inspections (FRI) based on AQL standards and prepare detailed inspection reports.

● Monitor factory quality systems and ensure compliance with approved samples, specifications, and quality procedures.

● Identify quality risks, analyze root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions with factory teams.

● Review production processes and provide recommendations to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

● Verify testing records, production documentation, and quality control checkpoints.

● Collaborate with factory management, QA/QC teams, and production teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

● Train and coach factory QA/QC personnel on product requirements, quality expectations, and inspection standards.

● Support supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.

● 8+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience within toys, plush toys, garments, textiles, footwear, or consumer goods manufacturing.

● Proven experience working directly with international brands, sourcing offices, buying offices, or global manufacturing environments.

● Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, inspection methodologies, and AQL standards.

● Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively influence factory stakeholders.

● Experience conducting supplier audits, factory assessments, and quality improvement projects is highly preferred.

● Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields is an advantage.

● Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

● Willingness to work full-time onsite at the factory in Nam Dinh.
