A global investment manager is hiring a Senior Quantitative Developer in Dubai, where senior quant talent is still thin on the ground. You will join a close knit global team of cross asset Quant Developers and Researchers, shaping the research platform in a fast evolving environment.

Here is how career trajectory could play out:

Year 1

You learn the platform, earn the researchers' trust and fix the things that have annoyed them for ages. You become the person they call first when data looks wrong.

Year 2

You lead. Engineering standards, review culture, testing practices and how the team uses agentic coding tools all pass through you.

Year 3

You have taken strategies from research into production repeatedly, across several asset classes, and you speak both languages, the researcher's and the engineer's. That opens further doors to running a research platform team or moving closer to the research itself.

Responsibilities:

• Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production.
• Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team.
• Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including adopting agentic coding tools effectively.
• Automate and streamline large scale data preparation and cleansing.
• Build, enhance and support quantitative research tools.
• Keep evolving the platform as the business changes.
