Senior Quantity Surveyor (ACMV Industrial Projects)

💰 Salary: Up to $6,000
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support ACMV industrial projects, with strong involvement in tendering, contract administration, and project costing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full scope of quantity surveying activities for ACMV industrial projects
• Prepare, evaluate, and manage tenders, including cost estimation and bid analysis
• Handle contract administration, including review of contract terms and variations
• Prepare project costing, budgets, and cost control reports
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters
• Evaluate progress claims, variations, and final accounts
• Ensure all project costs are monitored and aligned with budget requirements
• Support procurement and negotiation of subcontract works and materials
• Maintain proper documentation for all contractual and commercial matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ACMV / M&E / industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project costing
• Familiar with construction contracts and variation claims
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of QS software is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
