What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ACMV and Mechanical projects.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Negotiate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support contract administration from project award through final account settlement.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Experience in ACMV, Mechanical, M&E, or Building Services projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration, project costing, tendering, and procurement.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and standard forms of contract.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
