Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on time. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects, particularly in the MEP and HVAC sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. - Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs to ensure accurate project costing. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively. - Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders. - Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all financial dealings. - Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to assist in project planning and execution. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of MEP systems and HVAC design. - Proficiency in quantity surveying techniques and practices. - Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software. - Excellent analytical and numerical skills. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
