- A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in largescale infrastructure projects such as aviation, drainage, roads, bridges, and sewerage.

Responsibilities
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders and projects
- Compile and submit tender documents
- Source, assess and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission
- Handle the finalization of project accounts with clients and subcontractors
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
