SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities :

• Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects
• Prepare and review cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budgets and tender submissions
• Responsible for taking off measurement for tender.
• Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' progress payments
• Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim
• Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of Project specification
• Monitor contractual obligations, risks and potential cost implications throughout the project lifecycle
• Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree In Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• Minimum 8-10year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
