Responsible for preparation and submission of tenders including quantity take offs and pricing
- Sourcing for suitable subcontractors and suppliers to support in tender
- Identify items that need technical support from operation team and liaise with them on temporary work design, execution methodology and planning matters
- Identify discrepancies in BQs, drawings, specification and put up queries to consultants or client for clarification
- Analyse subcontractors / suppliers quotations for completeness and negotiate to sharpen tender price
- Prepare monthly report : earned value and projected final contract value (including status of re-measurements and variations)
- Track, record and submit detailed variations claims and close off with client in timely manner
- Monitor project completion date(s) and assist project manager in time/cost claims
- Manage progress claims and payments of the prime contract and subcontracts
- Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractor
