Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and maintain Master Quantity Take-Off (QTO) for the project
  
• Review and track Daily Labour Report (DLR) and Daily Progress Report (DPR)
  
• Prepare and process labour bills for the project
  
• Perform labour bill reconciliation and verify accuracy
  
• Handle material reconciliation and track consumption
  
• Maintain and update labour advance reports
  
• Prepare labour payment reports
  
• Generate and maintain MIS reports, including:
  • S1–S11 reports
    
  • Monthly milestone reports
    
  • Invoice projections
    
  • Progress photos
    
  • Quality tracking points
    
• Coordinate with site team, accounts, and project managers for data accuracy
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and billing processes
  
• Good understanding of construction costing and reconciliation
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
  
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
  
• Good coordination and reporting skills
  
• Years of experience - 8 Years
  
• Qualification - B.E Civil
