Senior R&D Engineer

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services and infrastructure tooling.

• Build and integrate networking and VPN technologies into the platform.

• Develop scalable, production-grade software using Python, Rust, Go, or similar languages.

• Improve deployment workflows, provisioning processes, and infrastructure automation.

• Optimize Linux-based environments for performance, reliability, and security.

• Research emerging technologies and prototype new technical solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers to shape architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

🧠 Our requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Python, Rust, Go, or a comparable systems programming language.

• Solid understanding of Linux systems and server environments.

• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and routing.

• Experience working with VPN technologies or tunneling protocols such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, or IPsec.

• Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Proven experience delivering software used in production.
