- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development
- Extensive experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit and state management strategies
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and front-end performance optimization
- Good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and accessible UI development
- Good experience establishing testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Vitest
- Experience establishing coding standards, development frameworks, and engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Technical leadership and architectural decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Pega Constellation using React SDK
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures and design systems
- Experience implementing automated accessibility testing and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
