Job Summary (Senior React Developer)
- Design, develop, and maintain modern, enterprise-grade web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable UI components and shared front-end libraries to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and enterprise back-end services for seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and platform specialists in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
- Implement best practices in state management, routing, authentication, and application security for robust, user-friendly applications.
- Contribute to technical solution design, architecture reviews, estimation, and delivery planning to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with standards for performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Mentor junior developers and help establish engineering standards and best practices across the team.
- (Desirable) Work with low-code/case management platforms such as Pega Constellation, Pega DX APIs, or similar.
- (Desirable) Experience in regulated industries (e.g., government, healthcare, finance) and knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS).
