Technical Lead (Mobile)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to own, architect, and scale the mobile ecosystem powering a high-growth US enterprise delivery platform. You will build and mentor a small, agile mobile team from day one in a newly established Kraków R&D hub.

This is a greenfield product-minded role—not an order-taker position. You will have full ownership of technical architecture, strategy, and engineering standards.

The Core Challenges

• Real-World Engineering: Architecting robust, battery-optimized systems that survive unstable field connectivity (offline-first data synchronization).

• High-Concurrency Tracking: Implementing high-performance real-time GPS/location tracking and geofencing workflows for millions of operational end-users.

• Hybrid Architecture: Scaling a core React Native platform while tightly integrating native iOS/Android subsystems where performance is critical.

Your Profile

• 8+ years in software engineering with deep, production-level mobile development experience.

• 2+ years in a technical leadership/team lead capacity, driving architecture and mentoring junior/senior engineers.

• Expert-level proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and deep understanding of native iOS/Android internals.

• Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ minimum for collaboration across EU/US time zones).
