Senior Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. - Assist international clients (European & Russian) in buying, selling, and investing in UAE real estate - Provide investment-focused advice based on market trends, ROI, and long-term value - Conduct property viewings and present suitable off-plan and ready properties - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business - Follow up with leads and manage client communication throughout the sales process - Negotiate deals and support clients until transaction completion - Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing movements - Source property options from developers and the secondary market

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with a strong track record of successful sales in Abu Dhabi or UAE. - Minimum 3+ years of real estate experience in the UAE - Experience in off-plan sales is preferred - Fluency in European language(s) or Russian is a strong advantage - Good understanding of UAE real estate market and key areas in Abu Dhabi & Dubai - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Basic understanding of investment concepts (ROI, rental yield, capital appreciation) - Target-driven and client-focused mindset - In-depth knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, regulations, and property types. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
