Ascentec Engineering is hiring a Senior Recruiter for our Tualatin, Oregon facility. We are a precision manufacturing company specializing in short-run, high-mix CNC machining and complex machined components for customers in the semiconductor, aerospace, and defense industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who understands the manufacturing environment and knows how to identify, attract, and hire the technical talent needed to support our business. This individual will play a key role in building our workforce, partnering with hiring managers, and developing a strong pipeline of skilled manufacturing professionals.

The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business support positions across the organization. This role requires a proactive, hands-on recruiting professional who can translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies and deliver qualified candidates in a competitive labor market.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for a manufacturing or industrial organization, understands the challenges of hiring skilled trades and technical talent, and can balance immediate staffing needs with long-term workforce planning.
