Senior Recruiter for Paired (US-based/Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead our efforts to find top-tier professionals for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital/marketing agencies. You should have extensive experience in recruiting for senior roles, mostly through headhunting
About Our Clients
Our clients are US-based digital agencies, marketing firms, and eCommerce companies seeking talent such as video editors, media buyers, and creative strategists.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit senior talent (mainly for eCommerce and marketing roles) based in SEA and EU
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with curated recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand standards, and specific project requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- Experience working in or recruiting for digital agencies, marketing agencies, or engineering roles
- Strong headhunting experience is a must
- Ecom experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the SEA talent market is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
