The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead talent acquisition for a small, rapidly growing team, covering both technical and business roles. Work alongside leadership and hiring managers, coordinate outside search partners, and put in place the structure that lets recruiting keep pace with growth.
What you'll do
- Run the complete hiring cycle for engineering, product, sales and operations roles, from kickoff conversations with managers through to extending offers.
- Coordinate outside search firms on a daily basis, agreeing priorities, collecting input and keeping them accountable for speed and quality.
- Partner with company leaders and hiring managers to keep the bar for talent high and protect team fit while headcount grows quickly.
- Design evaluation tools and interviewer coaching so that assessments are consistent and grounded in evidence.
- Build a steady flow of prospective candidates through direct outreach, employee referrals and professional networks, so openings begin with interested people.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and study hiring metrics to find and fix slowdowns in the process.
- Develop over time into leading a recruiting team, with a potential path toward People/HR.
