Senior Recruiter: Scale Hiring for AI Operations

Atlas Capture is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Jakarta to lead recruitment efforts across our operational and technical teams. You will build scalable hiring pipelines, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support rapid workforce deployment for data capture operations.

You will partner with country leadership and HR to forecast staffing needs, optimize processes, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hires across on-site capture studios and freelance roles.
