As an integral corporate team member, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for meeting healthcare staffing and executive search goals by executing the full-cycle recruiting process. To succeed in this role, you must be adept at working effectively in an extremely pressured environment and skilled at filling multiple job requisitions within tight deadlines. CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply advanced executive search approaches to identify and recruit professional candidates across healthcare and non-healthcare sectors.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to optimize candidate sourcing, streamline hiring processes, and enhance targeting strategies.
- Build a strong pipeline using cold calling, database mining, networking, and referrals to meet high-pressure deadlines.
- Review resumes/CVs to assess qualifications, address employment gaps, and ensure candidates meet client requirements, leveraging prior experience in detailed resume evaluation.
- Develop and distribute compelling job postings to attract highly qualified talent across digital and professional platforms.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations, including behavioral interviews and skills assessments, to meet client requirements.
- Leverage ATS to optimize recruiting efficiency and track success metrics.
- Maintain professional, timely communication to create a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and generate reports on recruiting activities and results, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Stay informed on industry and market trends to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the Program Management team to present candidates, create reports, and provide insights on candidate qualifications, market trends, and hiring challenges for open positions.
- Collaborate with sourcing team to identify and deliver qualified candidates for challenging and hard-to-fill positions.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Highly organized and skilled at completing multiple simultaneous assignments within aggressive deadlines.
- High learning agility as positions range from senior-level management to professional healthcare (privileged) positions.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use social media tools and deep web search techniques to source candidates.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, AI hiring tools, and/or productivity databases.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Seven years of experience in a corporate or agency setting with at least 4 years of experience recruiting senior-level professionals and physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
