The Bridge Associates is a specialist executive search and recruitment firm partnering with leading FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology and Venture-Backed companies across India and the Middle East.

We work directly with founders, CXOs, investors and leadership teams to help build high-performing organizations.

Role Overview :

We are looking for ambitious recruiters who enjoy solving complex hiring challenges and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across functions and levels, working on mandates ranging from middle management to leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Search & Sourcing :

- Understand client mandates and hiring requirements.

- Develop effective search strategies and talent maps.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and market research.

- Build strong pipelines across industries and functions.

- Identify passive talent and engage candidates effectively.

Candidate Assessment :

- Conduct screening and evaluation interviews.

- Assess candidate fit against role requirements and client expectations.

- Prepare candidate summaries and presentation notes.

- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management :

- Coordinate interviews and feedback processes.

- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring journey.

- Build long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Market Intelligence :

- Track industry trends, talent movements and competitor hiring activity.

- Conduct market mapping and organizational research.

- Provide talent insights to support client hiring decisions.

Delivery Excellence :

- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

- Meet internal delivery timelines and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems and trackers.

- Ensure high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.

What We're Looking For :

- 2 - 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an executive search firm, recruitment consultancy, or staffing organization.

- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.

- Experience hiring across FMCG, Consumer, D2C, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Financial Services or Startup sectors.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
