Job Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Luxury Retail & Fashion)
Compensation range: $4,500 AUD – $5,500 AUD / Monthly + performance-based bonus
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time. This role also includes occasional international travel to Australia, Singapore and Dubai.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and commercially sharp Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle and consumer markets. This is a senior, client-facing role — not a sourcing or administrative position. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to placement, build strong international talent pools, and represent the business with confidence across Australia, Singapore and Dubai. The role is Philippines-based and fully remote, with genuine international travel included as part of the package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality and head office support roles
- Source, approach and engage high-calibre active and passive candidates across international markets
- Conduct detailed candidate screening, interviews and assessments
- Prepare professional candidate summaries, shortlists and market insights
- Manage candidate communication throughout the full recruitment process
- Lead client briefings and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong talent pools across Australia, Singapore and Dubai
- Map target companies, competitor brands and key talent markets
- Contribute to business development through market intelligence, candidate mapping and talent insights
- Maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM and internal systems
- Represent the business professionally with premium clients, candidates and international partners
- Travel internationally for client meetings, market visits and business development as required

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 5+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency or billing consultant capacity
- Proven and demonstrable placement history — you must be able to speak clearly to your billing performance, fees generated and placement track record
- Strong background recruiting across luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer markets
- Experience recruiting for international markets such as Australia, Singapore, Dubai or wider APAC and Middle East regions
- Exceptional written and spoken English — you will be communicating with senior international clients and candidates at the highest level
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of fees, billing targets and business development
- Ability to work independently and with high accountability in a fully remote environment
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct sourcing tools and recruitment CRMs
Desirable
- Agency recruitment experience in a premium or luxury environment
- Experience recruiting senior retail leadership roles such as area, regional or national managers
- Existing knowledge of Australian, Singaporean or Dubai retail markets
- Exposure to luxury brands, premium service environments or VIP clienteling talent
- International education or internationally focused background

- This role is offered under an Independent Contractor agreement, meaning you’ll be responsible for managing your own taxes, benefits, work equipment, and internet connection.
