The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, helping organisations secure exceptional talent while supporting professionals in making important career decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities through proactive business development, whilst building and managing long-term client relationships.
- Consulting with organisations to understand hiring needs and talent challenges.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and recruitment solutions.
- Building specialist market knowledge through networking and industry engagement.
- Identifying, attracting and managing high-calibre candidate pipelines.
- Supporting candidates and clients throughout the interview and offer process.
- Collaborating with high-performing teams and sharing best practice.
- Maintaining accurate data and market intelligence within Salesforce.
About You

- An experienced Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant with a consistent track record in agency recruitment.
