About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven 360-degreeRecruitment Consultant to join our growing team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant. This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building client relationships from the ground up, and wants to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle —from business development to candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle (360°) recruitment process.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Source and engage candidates across job boards, social media, networking, databases, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to match clients’ hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate database accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably gained in a recruitment agency, or a strong background in sales and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of labour laws and hiring regulations
