Tangspac is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and grow our Professional Services practice.
This is an opportunity for a proven 360 recruiter who wants more autonomy, stronger earning potential and the opportunity to build a specialist desk.
What you'll do
- Own and grow a dedicated Professional Services recruitment desk.
- Win new clients and develop senior stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement.
- Build a strong network of senior candidates and clients.
- Deliver permanent, executive search and specialist mandates.
- Develop market intelligence and become a recognised specialist in your sector.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' agency recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in billing and business development.
- Strong 360 recruitment capability.
- Existing client/candidate network preferred.
- Commercially driven, entrepreneurial and hungry to succeed.
- Professional Services / Financial Services recruitment experience is an advantage.
