Senior/Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer management and placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Conduct business development activities including cold calling, prospecting and client meetings
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts
• Manage and grow assigned client accounts independently
• Work towards individual sales and placement targets
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Comfortable with business development and cold calling
• Able to develop and manage client accounts independently
• Existing client relationships or industry network will be an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven and able to work independently
