Senior Recruitment Consultant

Whatyou will expect in the job:

• Working closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs
• Providing consultative advice to clients on recruitment & hiring solutions
• Understanding job seekers expectations and client's job requirements
• Placing the right talent to meet client’s job requirements
• Developing talent networking and pipelines to meet hiring needs
• Performing full recruitment cycle between clients and candidate
• Managing job offer process and salary negotiation
• Driving sales / KPI target
