Senior Recruitment Executive (12-mth contract | Hybrid | Up to $3.8K)

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Executive to support end-to-end recruitment administration. You will manage job postings, screen and shortlist resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and track candidates through the hiring process. You will also manage the Employee Referral Programme and support general recruitment ops.

What you'll do:

• Post job ads on career portals and manage applicant flow

• Filter resumes for hiring managers' shortlisting

• Coordinate and schedule interviews — liaising with both hiring managers and candidates

• Administer interview assessments and collect relevant documents

• Conduct reference checks

• Track candidates through the interview process

• Manage the Employee Referral Programme from referrals through to reward activation

• Support any other recruitment administrative work as needed

What we're looking for:

• Diploma holder in any discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational and administrative support for HR departments

• Strong team player with initiative and ability to work independently

• Able to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Good communication, coordination, time management and organisation skills

• Proficient in MS Office — including data analysis and reporting

• Willing to learn new skills, including using AI to improve work efficiency
