We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment for our technology projects and guide a small team of recruiters.
Your Role
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
- Own hiring targets and ensure projects are adequately staffed on time.
- Lead volume hiring and recruitment for key projects and client accounts.
- Source and engage talent through job portals, social media, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
- Assess candidates and present suitable profiles to clients and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead and coach a team of 2–3 Recruiters.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve hiring challenges and keep recruitment on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with team lead experience.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good negotiation and coaching abilities.
- Resourceful, proactive and organized.
- A driven team player who enjoys taking ownership and getting results.
