Senior Red Team Operator – Enterprise Offensive Security

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Red Team Operator with proven, real-world enterprise exploitation experience.
This role requires professionals who have executed complex attack chains and achieved stable OS-level compromise across multiple authorized engagements.

This is not a mid-level position.
This is not for lab-only testers.
This is not compliance pentesting.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced Red Team engagements
Execute multi-stage attack chains
Achieve validated SYSTEM/root-level compromise
Perform Active Directory attacks
Conduct privilege escalation (Windows and Linux)
Execute credential access and lateral movement
Deliver clear, reproducible technical reports

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

Candidates must demonstrate:
At least 10 real, personally executed OS-level shell or RCE cases in authorized enterprise environments
Multiple full attack chain scenarios (initial access, escalation, lateral movement, impact)
Hands-on Active Directory exploitation
Strong post-exploitation capability beyond initial shell

During technical validation, candidates must clearly explain:
Initial access vector
Exploitation method
Privilege obtained
Post-exploitation actions
Business impact

Required Experience

5+ years of hands-on offensive security experience
Enterprise Red Team or advanced penetration testing background
Strong knowledge of:
Active Directory attack paths
Kerberos abuse
Privilege escalation
Credential harvesting
Lateral movement
Experience with professional offensive tooling
Strong written and verbal English communication

Certifications are optional and do not replace practical exploitation experience.

Location

Remote - North America, Europe, Australia only.
Applicants located in Asia will not be considered.

Compensation

USD 140,000 - 185,000+
Final offer based on validated exploitation capability.
