Senior Regional Executive, Demand & Supply Planner

Summary
Plans and monitors inventory, demand forecasts, and supply chain logistics using SAP and Power BI to optimize stock levels and meet revenue targets.
Job Summary
- Perform checks and management of communications with SEC / ESC / internally, to align with Business planning and Forecasting cycle
- Support and perform transactional activities for the business support team to directly contribute to improved revenue targets set in Business Plan
Key Accountabilities
1. Monitor demand and plan supply accurately
- Plan, schedule and conduct inventory/forecast meeting with Project Manager
- Analyse and prepare draft forecast submission
- Complete and submit accurate forecast data
- Maintain and process forecast / procurement system requirements
- Set limits for and approve forecasts
- Ensure slow moving target are achieved via constant monitoring / actions
2. Plan ahead to ensure and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Establish processes to track inventory level across products, in the immediate and long term
- Monitor and track DOS, forecast accuracy
3. Synchronise supply chain activities to support ESP/ESCs
- Integrate processes across stakeholders to ensure information visibility in customer demand, supply / anticipated productions, material in transit
- Process procurement data weekly
- Maximize drop ship as per business rules
- Process purchase orders as determined
- Receive, prepare and maintain product price in SAP
- Manage missing price items with Product Manager, price revision with SEC, File Price approval / release
- Perform SAP operation transaction
- Download weekly shipping OB schedule, send delivery schedule
4. Stock Allocation management
- Allocation for Forecast, additional request and excess stock to sales companies
- Weekly allocation of stocks to Sales companies for shipment
- Prompt respond to Sales company's enquiry / additional stock request
Key Job Requirements
Job / Skills Competencies
- Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply planning and demand forecasting, inventory management
- Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP systems, TM1 system
- Good with Power BI, Microsoft excel, and MS office tools
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Critical Work Experience
- At least 3 years' experience preferably in Supply Chain Management in Hi Tech industry
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or equivalent
