Senior Regional Marketing Manager EMEA
You will lead the strategy and execution of integrated regional marketing programs across EMEA. You will create detailed program plans, run field marketing campaigns and events, analyze performance, manage budgets, and improve programs over time. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, agencies, and third-party partners to deliver demand-generation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage EMEA regional marketing initiatives through detailed program plans and integrated campaigns.
- Develop and run regional field marketing strategies using in-person and digital tactics.
- Test, learn from, and improve marketing programs and best practices.
- Analyze program performance and communicate impact to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Improve return on investment through planning, measurement, budget management, and financial processes.
- Coordinate demand-generation and field marketing plans with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Work with agencies and third-party partners to deliver campaigns and events across EMEA.
- Improve Regional Marketing processes.
- Travel as needed, up to 50%.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly field or regional marketing, and collaboration with Sales teams.
- Ability to create and execute marketing programs with strategic planning and operational detail.
- Experience using performance insights to guide decisions, refine tactics, and shape strategy.
- Experience owning or supporting territory budgets and managing spend.
- Organizational and communication skills for creating clear content, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to work self-directed in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, reporting, and project management tools.
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, or the software development lifecycle.
