Senior Regional Marketing Specialist
Description
The United States is Lodgify's most strategic growth market, and we are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to drive our presence end-to-end—from customer acquisition through onboarding activation and retention. Based at our Barcelona HQ with travel to the U.S. for key events and partner meetings, this role offers high autonomy to build a full growth engine, engineer automated workflows, and collaborate directly with Product Management.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Own and manage the U.S. regional growth strategy and budget, optimizing spend across channels to achieve pipeline, CAC, and ROI targets.
- Build data-backed business cases and quantified ROI models for strategic initiatives, channel investments, and resource requests.
- Develop regional segmentation frameworks and tailored playbooks for high-priority U.S. markets and customer tiers.
- Lead full-funnel marketing programs across content, paid digital, CRM lifecycle, social, partnerships, and regional industry events.
- Build and scale automated growth systems using n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms to streamline campaign operations and lead management.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence through AirDNA and industry reports, converting insights into clear positioning and pricing recommendations.
- Partner directly with Product Management to connect U.S. customer feedback and competitive trends directly to product roadmap decisions.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish long-term strategic partnerships with U.S. hospitality associations, tourism boards, and industry organizations.
- Brief and manage external agency networks and freelancers while mentoring junior team members supporting regional marketing efforts.
- Distill U.S. market performance and strategic updates into clear, executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- 6–9 years of growth or regional marketing experience, ideally within short-term rental, vacation rental, or hospitality technology sectors.
- A generalist growth skill set spanning content/SEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle CRM, strategic partnerships, and events.
- Hands-on experience building automated workflows and growth systems using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of building quantitative business cases and ROI models for marketing investments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing competitive positioning, packaging models, and market data to drive business decisions.
- Experience designing customer activation, onboarding, and churn-reduction programs alongside acquisition campaigns.
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills with trade associations, media partners, or industry bodies.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel periodically to the U.S. while based in Spain.
