The opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Regulatory & Product Change Manager to lead significant regulatory and strategic change initiatives across Netwealth's platform. Working across Product, Risk & Compliance, Technology and Operations, you'll bring structure, governance and clear delivery accountability to complex programs that shape the future of our business.

As part of our Financial Product Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring regulatory obligations and product changes are translated into clear, executable programs of work that are delivered effectively, on time and with the right governance in place.

This is a highly visible role that works across the business, partnering with stakeholders from Financial Product, Digital Product, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Legal and Distribution.

You'll be the link between regulatory requirements and successful business delivery, ensuring teams are aligned, risks are managed and leadership has clear visibility of progress, challenges and key decisions.

What you'll do

  • Lead regulatory and product change programs from scoping through to implementation.

  • Translate regulatory obligations into clear delivery plans, milestones and success measures.

  • Establish governance frameworks including reporting, risk management and escalation processes.

  • Coordinate delivery across Financial Product, Digital Product, Operations and Risk & Compliance teams.

  • Provide executives with clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions.

About you

You're an experienced change, program or project professional who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring clarity and structure to competing priorities.

You'll also bring:

  • 8+ years' experience delivering large scale regulatory change, transformation or program initiatives within financial services.

  • Experience in wealth management, investment platforms, superannuation or a related environment.

  • Strong understanding of Australian financial services regulation and the ability to turn obligations into executable programs of work.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross functional teams.

  • Proven experience establishing governance, managing risks and providing executive level reporting on complex programs.
