Senior Relationship Manager - Insurance Banca Channel

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for the Insurance Banca Channel to join our team in Telangana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, primarily through leads generated from assigned partner bank branches. This role involves scheduling meetings with potential clients, understanding their financial needs related to life insurance and investment products, and guiding them through the selection process to ensure they find the right solutions for their needs. Key responsibilities include: - Accepting and scheduling meetings with leads generated from partner bank branches and warm leads provided by bank employees. - Conducting thorough financial needs analyses to identify suitable life insurance and investment products from our offerings. - Completing sales documentation accurately and ensuring customer agreement to purchase. - Sourcing and identifying new relationships for the bank to expand our client base. - Maintaining a high degree of customer service and satisfaction to build trust and long-term relationships. - Managing field investigations and developing appraisal notes while scrutinizing the legal dimensions of proposals. - Identifying and developing channel partners to achieve consistent and profitable business volumes. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and financial needs analysis. Experience in lead generation and a solid understanding of insurance products will be essential for success in this role.
