Stay informed about market developments and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities and provide relevant advice to clients. Work closely with colleagues across the bank to deliver seamless client experience, identify opportunities, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Represent the bank at seminars, conferences and networking events, strengthening professional relationships and enhancing the bank's visibility in Germany. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and business development activities using the bank's CRM tools.
