JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Research Manager (SRM) manages consumer survey research projects, designs surveys and experiments, programs surveys and checks programs, collects data, analyzes data, writes and proofreads reports, and communicates with clients. Success in this position requires consumer survey research experience, keen attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have a completed PhD, Master’s, or MBA, and will also have academic experience and/or professional work experience in survey research, consulting, or marketing. Strong writing skills, experience writing survey reports, journalism experience, or other professional writing experience is preferred.
