Job Summary

Lead and manage supervision teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on complex architectural projects, resolving technical issues and coordinating with key project personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supervision team to monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance of works as directed by CAG, QP(S), and project consultants
• Plan and organize roster shift duties aligned with contractor schedules, ensuring personnel welfare and adherence to relevant Acts and Regulations
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary and Permanent Works
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of WSH Manual procedures and airport circulars, ensuring team compliance with revisions

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by, and current registration with, the Board of Architects
• Proficient in contract administration using PSSCOC

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience leading supervision teams on past projects
• Strong supervision and leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams and ensuring safety and health compliance
• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual/AOS requirements
