Job Summary

Lead and manage supervision teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on civil and structural projects, resolving technical issues and coordinating shift schedules to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supervision team to monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance of works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), and project consultants
• Plan and coordinate roster shifts to align with contractor work schedules while ensuring personnel welfare and compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to identify, analyze, and resolve design and technical issues related to Temporary and Permanent Works
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of WSH Manual procedures and airport circulars, ensuring team adherence to revisions and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil and structural engineering experience, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity
• Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience leading supervision teams on civil and structural projects
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and health with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Changi Aerodrome Manual/AOS requirements
