Senior Residential Aide (Hillside)

Program Description: Goddard Riverside is part of the Integrated Support Hotel Program. Hillside Hotel will provide services to single adults working towards obtaining permanent housing.

Position Summary: To serve as lead Residential Aide for the scheduled shift and is responsible for assuring the general welfare and safety of the residents, staff, and the facility. The Senior RA is expected to ensure quality service deliverables by overseeing the daily residential services and inspections, to ensure that all residents’ goals, targets, and performance outcomes are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Residential Aid staff are the first welcoming face new clients are greeted by!

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am

Salary Range: $43,000-$47,000

Bilingual: $45,000-$47,000

Non-bilingual: $43,000-$45,000

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
