Senior Retail Expansion Manager (all genders)

Are you passionate about identifying new growth opportunities and bringing retail concepts to life? As Senior Expansion Manager Retail (all genders), you will drive our store expansion strategy across Europe, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe, from market analysis and site selection to lease negotiations and store openings.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities through market, competitor, and location analysis.
• Source and assess retail properties in collaboration with landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Develop business cases, revenue forecasts, and project budgets for new store openings.
• Negotiate lease agreements and maintain strong relationships with landlords and real estate partners.
• Manage store opening projects, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail expansion, leasing, site development, or real estate.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in location and feasibility assessments.
• Proven project management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe, in particular to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
