Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst

The Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst will manage the revenue assurance framework, build financial models, and perform revenue analytics to ensure accurate financial reporting and profitability. Own the complete revenue assurance framework, ensuring accurate capture, allocation, and recognition of all revenue streams across the business. Build, maintain, and validate revenue models (including per-user dues and product-level structures) to support reliable budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Perform advanced revenue analytics, identifying trends, variances, anomalies, and risks while providing strategic, data-driven insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Growth teams to evaluate new products, features, and pricing strategies, ensuring financial viability and optimized profitability. Lead the monthly revenue closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis in alignment with accounting standards. Implement and monitor strong internal controls to prevent revenue leakage, ensure compliance, and strengthen data integrity across all revenue-related workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing revenue processes, automation, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across the revenue cycle. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue assurance, revenue accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance. CMA certification is strongly preferred (or equivalent such as ACCA/CIMA). Demonstrated experience building revenue models, dashboards, or financial frameworks from scratch. Strong technical skills: financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage). Proven track record of delivering revenue-related projects, improvements, or optimization initiatives. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to translate data into business insights. Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and technical teams.
