About the role
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Revenue Management team as a Senior Revenue Management Analyst to be based in Doha, Qatar.
As a Senior Revenue Management Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating revenue management data, including passenger booking trends, inventory availability, pricing performance, and group demand, to support informed commercial decision-making. Depending on your area of responsibility, you will make strategic decisions across pricing, demand management, flight inventory, groups or alliances, and global pricing products. Through timely, data-driven actions, you will play a key role in enhancing Qatar Airways’ competitiveness and supporting the delivery of revenue objectives, including Revenue per Available Seat Kilometre (RASK).
Specific responsibilities for the role include:
Analyze revenue management data and performance metrics across booking trends, yield, demand, market share, passenger volumes, and forecasting to support informed commercial decisions.
Monitor and manage route demand and cancellation forecasts, implementing appropriate controls to optimize inventory utilization and revenue performance.
Conduct scenario modelling and revenue impact analysis for interline and codeshare fare or rule changes, providing recommendations to maximize revenue opportunities.
Support the development of interline policies and offline pricing strategies through data-driven analysis aimed at optimizing interline passenger revenue.
Evaluate market, competitive, economic, political, and operational developments, assessing their impact on revenue performance and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
Utilize revenue management systems and decision-support tools, including PROS, Amadeus RAAV, and pricing platforms, to implement pricing, availability, and passenger acceptance controls.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Revenue Management teams to support route launches, capacity changes, reporting enhancements, and revenue optimization initiatives.
Apply and execute revenue management strategies related to yield, load factor, overbooking, group demand, alliances, interline business, and distribution, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and mitigate commercial risk.
